I'm looking for a Marriott property not far from Monsey with a few intersting activities nearby. Want to take my family on overnight but don't have the time and energy to travel for hours. Please share some ideas.

You can stay at a Marriot in Montvale NJ. Montvale borders with Chestnut Ridge.
The Palisades mall has Billy Beez , the 4 Story Obstacle Course and Go karts.
In Spring Valley there’s Turtle Boo and in Monsey is the Hobby House.
Saddle River NJ is nearby Monsey/Chestnut Ridge and you can go to Wild Duck Pond Park where they have 6 mile trail (12 miles back and forth) for bicycling and walking.
There’s also a small playground for little kids there .
There is also a beautiful park Havestraw Bay Park which is next to the water. No bikes allowed. There is a playground and picnic area and of course you can watch the boats. It’s nice and relaxing (very sunny)
