I'm looking for a competent seminary girl or frum college girl to work for me every day from 4-7 to help me with my kids. I'd be home at 5pm and she'd help me with bedtime.
Second best would be a mother's helper from a local high school, who can come after school. Does anyone have any advice on this? I'd pay the going rate... which is what, by the way??? 
(I'm in Flatbush, right near Touro)

That might work fine. I can potentially get a chessed girl, and my mother-in-law comes once a week.
