We would love to do water sports on Toms River beach.
Will it be mostly frum Jews? Or should I expect it to be an untznius location?

Toms River has a lot more non-Jews than Jews. A beach on a summer Sunday will be full of all types and stripes. Whatever you do please wear life vests.
