Is there any specific perek of tehillim that is special to say for help with difficult children?

3? You could also trying saying the tehillim of the child's age.

I heard that you should say the Tehillim equivalent to the year the child is (not age)
So for my 13 year old who is in his 14th year I would say perek יד

If it helps I know someone that was a very difficult child and then young adult, the family didn’t stop davening and they said tehilim for a few good years so this child will marry a suitable partner, at the end this child finally married and has a bunch of kids. The parter likes to say that they still enjoy all the davening that was done earlier
