When I go on the scale I weigh the same as I did before my baby but when I look in the mirror I have that little bulge that doesnt look so nice and not Im used to. Some of my fitted clothes dont fit so nice. Ive never dieted before so I dont know how to deal. My weight is on the lower average so if I lose a couple pounds I might look better but I might go in the underweight category. Does this make sense? What to do?

Ab exercises only help if you're lacking muscle tone in your abdominal muscles. You cannot selectively reduce fat in a particular area through exercise. Also, many popular ab workouts are actually bad for the spine.
