Anyone have a small (not 5 lb) and easy- and delicious!- whole wheat challah recipe they can share?

I have a very good recipe using the 3 1/2 lb sifted shibolim whole wheat flour bag. And I sometimes half that. The recipe is from the voice. If you’d like it let me know and I’ll share it. The taste and texture is excellent.
