It seems like along with my not too small nose and double chin I inherited my moms less than stellar parenting methods (shouting, punishing etc) I am looking for recommendations for a parenting course that can help train me to parent from love not frustration while still setting boundaries.
I can do online or in person in the nyc/long island area and cost is not an issue so please send me any and all ideas!
ETA my kids are preschool age

I've joined a few parenting workshops over the years and by far my favorite was Seryl Berman.
I felt like she gave very practical advice that I was able to follow through with.
