Please list other possible reasons why allergies, asthma, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental illness, chronic illness, etc have skyrocketed.
Besides for vaccines. What other changes occurred alongside these?
We have spoken about pesticides and tylenol causing an increase in autism. What else is there? do you have a study that shows a correlation even if not a causation?

Better diagnostics. We label things now that didn't have names back in the day.
Better medical care. Medically fragile babies survive infancy but grow up to have other issues.
Or maybe it's the invention of air conditioning. Seriously, there have been many changes in the world in the last hundred years. Why try to blame something that's actually been a force for good?

Widened diagnostic criteria. Better testing. Mandated testing. Longer lifespans. Lesser tolerance for quirks and unusual behavior.
Bubble parenting with decreased exposure to germs early in life. Less recess. Less physical activity. Worse diets.
Cell phones? Technology? Chemical exposures. Seriously, what else has changed? How about nearly everything?

If you believe in the thoroughly debunked theory that vaccines cause autism, there's no point in talking to you.

Kids who get regular medical care are more likely to be diagnosed with autism than kids who have limited contact with the medical establishment.

We put all sorts of things into and on our bodies. Why are you so sure you know what causes the problem? Perhaps we should study whether kids who use diaper cream X are more likely to develop autism than kids who use diaper cream Y. Or maybe it's the fluoride in our drinking water. Lots of healthy children ingest that every day too.

I understand that people would like to believe that they can prevent autism if only they did the right thing. Or didn't do the wrong thing. But latching on to vaccines is reckless.

Even hundreds of years ago people had allergies, asthma, autism, adhd, learning disabilities mental and chrinic illnesses. Diagnostics were just not as advanced as they are today. And anyone who says these things didnt exist years and years ago is just fooling themselves.

Not dying from undiagnosed asthma or allergies as a toddler due to advances in medicine.

Increased pollution. Technology and screens taking over the world.

A lot of the learning stuff is being diagnosed more because of raised expectations (kids used to need to learn to read in first grade. Now we're expecting them to read in kindergarten).
Some of the mental illness among teenagers could also be connected to the increased pressures on them

Forgot to mention pecticides

Mostly, I think it's too do with better understanding of various medical and social issues. And proper diagnoses.

For instance, ppl like myself, who live with mental illness, might have gotten burned at the stake for being a witch.

People, look back at historical documents with modern eyes and say:

Michaelangelo was on the autism spectrum. So were, Hans Christian Andersen, Lewis Carroll, Charles Darwin, Albert Einstein, Thomas Jefferson, Sir Isaac Newton, Andy Warhol and many many others.

Honestly, go to your favorite search engine and put in "historical figures with autism" or any other "modern ailment" you'll find that it's probably not so modern after all.

To answer OP's question. "What could it be?" I say - it is what it had always been.

RSV infection in the infant can cause asthma as can mold and dirty air

Prenatal infection such as the flu can cause developmental disabilities.

Head injuries can cause seizures.

Anoxia during birth can cause developmental disabilities as can meconium aspiration.

Genetic conditions can contribute to autism as well as premature birth.

We have altered our food with hormones and antibiotics but that may be phasing out.

Some antibiotics can have long term adverse affects especially on the intestinal flora.

Many food additives can contribute to allergies and other conditions such as hyperactivity.
Many mothers notice changes to behavior and attention spans after sugar and artificial colors and flavors are eaten.

Infectious diseases, such as the flu, can cause autoimmune disorders.

Emotional stress and trauma can contribute to mental illness.

Some children may be given the label ASD to have them qualify for special education services but they are not non-verbal. Asperger's may no longer be classified as autism which will make it appear that the autism rate has decreased. If autism was defined as non-verbal and self stimulating, we would have very different statistics. Perhaps we need to separate ADHD and social skills deficits from actual autism for a better idea of what is going on.

There is a such thing as a vaccine injury and it is very tragic but I disagree that most of what plagues mankind is purely vaccine related. Of course everything that enters our bodies has or could have an affect but that includes naturally acquired illnesses.

The more structured the school system is the more we take notice to the children that are weaker and different. We start doing testing and kids get diagnosed.
My nephew who was diagnosed with autism wouldn’t get a label 50 years ago. He’s on the spectrum. He would’ve just gone along with the flow. Now he’s on a small class and he’s being helped.

Also the fact the we have much better care for premies. Babies that Nebach wouldn’t make it many years ago can survive today and many stay with disabilities.

Nowadays everyone is on the spectrum. You have some mishagaas your on the spectrum and you need therapy.

I think that all the food out there is processed to make it last for awhile but very not good for our bodies. White flour, white sugar... even the milk and the orange juice is fake...

I think the preemie/other fetal and infant issues play a huge part.
We have so many resources for micro preemies and there is so much more knowledge and things to do for "problematic pregnancies".
Premature birth is linked to many behavioral (adhd) and developmental difficulties.
And the medicines and interventions that are used to keep a pregnancy going until viability. Ivf?
