Reading the shalom bayis threads and I think that some of my boys might do that too when they get married. I know I can only do so much, but it breaks my heart. They're not married and not marriageable age, but not little either. I try to teach them how to behave etc and my dh is a pretty good roll model, but you can only do so much. One ds in particular I know has anger issues. He's been to therapists before with no results. I just hope they'll grow up more and be better. All I can do it daven and teach them right.

Just so you know, women can be abusive spouses as well, not just men.

I'm with you, OP. I have a son who refuses therapy and is self centered and mean to all his siblings. We are MO so he won't be "in shidduchim " but I just can't see him acting properly on a date.
DH is an incredible role model, amazing husband. This child has major anger issues and ODD.
