I'm going to Loon Mountain this weekend - about 20 minutes from Bethlehem & also have Minyanim etc. Renting a 3 bedroom condo from looncondoconnection.com

There are places on AirBNB and VRBO in Bethlehem that are walking distance to the Arlington for minyan (and meals if you want to pay instead of bringing your own).
