9 year old bedtime?

My son is starting a new school this year and he has to be out the door at 7:30. I’m guessing he’ll have to wake up around 7. What do you think a good bedtime would be? Is 9 too late?

My 10 year old goes 9:15.
You can google a bed time chart, depending on ages and when kids need to wake up.
