Has anyone ever been able to return a shaitel? I bought it in a showroom off the rack, then had it trimmed , but never wore it, and really am unhappy with it. Do any shaitel machers take it back or exchange it, or is that an impossibility?

IIRC, Gali's Wigs has a return policy within a certain amount of time. I think they'll cut/style it for free 2 or 3 times until you're happy or take it back.
