Toby is vegan but her program is not.
It's the Sadhkin diet, but revised to accommodate needs of frum women.
I lost weight on it. Still need to lose but took a break and it's bh staying off.

Loving her program. Toby is the best and knows so much! Her goal is basically to help u lose weight and keeping it off by eating clean and healthy. I am currently on her maintenece program.

On the weight loss program I ate sunday and monday protien n green veggies tues and wed fruits n veggies friday and shabos was a combo of fruits,veggies, protein. Ovacodo oil is always allowed.
Contact her for more info she is really amazing. Yes, its work you need to be commited but u see reults quickly. I love the fact that the amounts arw unlimited im more of a quanitity vs quality person lol...n I got to experiment and try lots of new fruits that I now love!

She posted on her Instagram that one of her clients lost 23 lbs in a single month. To me that is a giant red flag that her plan is not healthy or sustainable.

What on Thurs?
Do you really mean only fruits and veges on Tues and Wed? Are you starving?

I did her program. It works! You won't be hungry after day 2. Rotating the metal balls is accupressure to detox the fat around the organs and to make you feel full

What happens when u loose ur weight and u dont wear those balls??? Do u gain back??
Is it healthy to eat so little??? Does it mess w ur hormones?
Id love to consider.
