Looking for easy white cake recipe with sprinkles for my sons class tomorrow he’s starting learn mesechta...& placed his order Wink

with white cream to write Mazel tov

Easy recipe with no buttermilk ,& no heavy cream....

Please anyone?

I don't have a recipe, but for buttermilk you can use soy or almond milk mixed with a tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar, and heavy cream can be replaced with some unwhipped whip.

You can always buy a cake mix and mix in sprinkles.

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract (you can use vanilla)
a few Tbsp. sprinkles

Mix together flour, sugar, shortening, salt, and and 1 c. water. Add rest of ingredients besides sprinkles, mixing well. Fold in sprinkles.
Bake in 10" tube pan at 375 for about 1 hour.
