Any idea what uniform shirt has sleeves that can fit over a cast that includes the elbow?

Fold over the sleeve a bunch of times until it's over the elbow. The cast should be sticking out and the sleeve only covering the top where it meets the upper arm.

Just an idea: have a long zipper put into the sleeve of a regular uniform shirt. Now it will fit and yih when the cast is of she'll be able to wear it.

Is there a school sweater of some form? I had a student with an arm cast who wore a short sleeve shirt with the sweater (maybe a size larger) on top

no advice just sympathy. my dd had an above elbow cast and it was quite challenging to get her dressed but it was during the summer so didn't deal with uniform clothing...

This was me as a kid. My mom bought inexpensive uniform shirts and cut off the lower part of one arm to make it fit over.
