I’ve heard about people going to daven at the kever of a certain Rabbi buried in Washington Cemetery (Brooklyn-on Bay Pkwy).
Does anyone here know the name of the tzadik?
Approximate location of kever in the cemetery?

I have a great-great grandmother who I daven by there when it is permissible so I'm not sure who exactly you are asking about, but here is list of tzaddikim in the cemetery.

What do you mean by “when it’s permissible”?
When is it not permissible to daven at kevarim?

In section 3 of Washington Cemetery, on Bay Parkway coming from McDonald Ave. Follow the central path from the main entrance to the gate marked 291 on your left. Right before that are yellow cones directing you to the grave of Rabbi Yaakov Ehrenreich, a great Rabbi and son in law of one of the great Rabbis of 19th Century Europe. He passed away in 1902. Many people go to pray there for his merit.
3 or 4 rows behind him, at gate 295 are two additional graves of holy people. Rabbi Gedalya Yosef Bernstein, a prominent Rabbi in Brownsville, Brooklyn, passed away in 1909 and a row behind, a few graves over, a Rabbi Yitzchok Yeshayahu.
There are quite a number of other great Rabbis and prominent people in Washington Cemetery as well.
May Hashem answer all your prayers in the merit of the holy souls.
