I have never cooked this cut before so I am wondering if anyone has any ideas what to do with it (and serve with it)?
Ideally, I want to use it for Shabbos -- set it up in the slow cooker before leaving for work in the morning so it is ready Friday evening when I get in.
Anyone has ideas? It is a very large piece (there are two of them).

Sauté onions, brown meat on top, add potatoes, green pepper, a bit of barbecue sauce, spices and water. Like Hungarian goulash. Yum,
