I've done well for my DS at Nordstrom Rack online - they usually have choices in those in between boys/mens sizes

Have you tried Jack and Jill? because my son has very big feet and he still fits in there.

Sorry I know you said Flatbush but in case you don't find there Hammer's Shoes on New Utrecht Avenue and 51st Street in Boro Park has very nice stuff. You might want to call to check which sizes they start at because my 10 year old DS just started fitting into their sizes last year.
I think I paid about $90 (not sale price) for a very nice shabbos shoe that lasted very long.
It could be they have others shoes for cheaper or more expensive. I don't really remember.
It depends what you like. My ds is picky so I kind of just stuck with what he wanted without comparing prices.
