Anyone doing or worked one of these programs? Is one more helpful then the other?
Do I need to tell people I am doing to program for me to really work it? My preference would be to do the online and phone meetings only.
I am extremity embarrassed to out myself to even my family.

I think the 12 steps are awesome and everyone should do them at some point in their life. I was never able to be abstinent from compulsive eating without spending 20 hours a day tho. Twenty years later I discovered that extremely low carb took care of my compulsive behaviour when I gave up sugar/sweetener/grains and fruit. My husband is sure that part of my success is the step work I did all those years ago but I see others doing what I’m doing and having similar results.
