Its not really a recipe lol. I make pasta as per instructions. Add prepared pesto, cheese, sometimes I sautee mushrooms or a bag of frozen peas. Its an easy thursday dinner.

I think she meant to say that she made part of the dish but still needs to decide on the carb if it will be quinoa or sweet potatoes

I was supposed to defrost fish parmesan and serve in baguettes, but I reveled in getting home early and completely forgot about dinner. When my husband got home and was like ummmmm... I used his arm power to whisk up pancake batter. Dinner was ready 15 minutes later and my kids couldn't have been happier.
