Feeling lousy with a cough and cold. I think I belong home in bed with tea.
Yet, going will give me some inspiration, and probably won't fall asleep all that early anyhow.

Sometimes I think I baby myself too much and I should push myself. Other times I do that and then say I should have taken better care of myself.

Curious what others think.

If you want, go. If not, not

What difference does it make what others think? It's between you and God

And I was just thinking tonight that I’m so happy I’m not a man who has to go out to slichos at 1am!

Why would you consider going out if you are not feeling well? Do you realize how contagious colds are?

Of course, that's how I got mine!
But the place I would go is not full, only a couple of ladies so I don't need to sit near anyone. I doubt it would be too risky. But yes, I think it's better to stay home.

Of course it's optional for ladies, but it really help you get into the spirit of things. I think bed is where I belong though.
