Yes. I’m in middle of reading it now and I believe this will resolve my issue if I put it into practice.
When Food is Comfort. Nurture yourself Mindfully, Rewire your Brain and End Emotional Eating by: Julie M. Simon
She also wrote: The Emotional Eaters Repair Manual- A Practical Mind-Body-Spirit Guide for putting and end to overeating and dieting.
I didn’t read that one yet.
