Does anyone have one yet?

I did a rough draft, prepared some dishes, but it's not final yet. It depends what I get to make.

That sounds great and like a lot of food! Monday lunch is a bit pasta heavy ( I love pasta and would happily eat it but just FYI)

Salmon your menu is great. I would suggest to switch your angel hair pasta salad to different meal, because you have pasta & deli already in same meal. Otherwise everything seems yummy, delicious & plentiful.

Spare ribs. - either ribs or flanken
In a ziploc -
3/4 c. Ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 c brown sugar.
Add ribs to bag. Marinate 3 hours. 300 for 3 hours or so for softest results.

Nish nosh salad
Lettuce
Purple cabbage
B&B sour cream and onion crackers
Cherry tomatoes
Dressing:
1/2 c oil
1/2 c water
1/2 c sugar
6 T mayo
1 T soy sauce
2 t dry mustard

The egg rolls I froze raw.
Trying to find the zucchini stick recipe...
