A motorcycle tshirt from Isreal - something that Israelis would use. The concert tickets could be interesting. I want an iloveyou present. Things are going to be ok.

He already has shofar and practical stuff like food. I don't know Isreali culture to know what would be appreciated.

What would an 18/19 year old Isreali boy like?

Unclear, is he an American boy learning in Israel or an Israeli?

What is he into?

Would he want an experience or an item?

Is he an erliche learner or more of an open minded "worldly type".

Are you getting something hear to bring, or something there to have delivered?

When you give a gift, you are already implying “I love you, things will be ok.” Teens May not get that, so express so with words.

The gift... it’s the thought that counts.

Not understanding this one at all.

You want to order an Israeli motorcycle tee shirt (is that a thing now?) from the US and send it to someone in Israel? Why would you do that?

The motorcycle tshirt would be from Isreal. He wants to get a motorcycle in the US when he returns. I asked him wait a year.

He's an American boy. He's into cars and now motorcycles. He's more worldly, but he's still very innocent.

I was thinking of having it delivered. A relative is bringing a large care package for the yom tovim. So really, I could send it that way also.

Don't know. I am just thinking about stuff that a teen might enjoy.

Maybe something for a car

Why would he think that things are not going to be OK?

The type of present might depend on that.

If he's studying in a yeshiva, he might like a memory foam mattress topper or a quality pillow, to make him more comfortable. A book light if he likes staying up late without annoying his roommates.

If he's going to college next year, a sweatshirt from his college, so he knows what he's looking forward to. (As an aside, my DS met some of the kids he'd be at school at that way.)

You mention that he loves motorcycles. What about a book on motorcycles.

.

Along these lines, maybe a shabbat lamp. If he spends Shabbat in the dorm (actually it's probably useful if you're a frequent guest as well).
Buy one in Israel though - not the US.

One of those motorized things you ride on. I think they are called a Segway.
