High fashion is all about pushing boundaries and producing clothing that nobody actually wants to wear in any context except a fashion show.

For those looking to be super trendy this Y"T, you can wear a pink top with a red skirt, or the reverse. (haha for either)

Leopard is Always in style. It is considered a classic. And personally I love the 60s look.

[quote="LittleMissMama"]When you realize you're too old for Zara and H&M but too young and trendy for Talbot's and Ann Taylor, you go to Nordstrom. I also focus more on accessories at this point in my life. Amazing shoes, belts etc that can be mixed and matched throughout the year with different things.

Thanks Ill check this store out next cuz I like the styles Im seeing here.

Really pretty stuff. I hit the Jewish stores today and most of their dresses was exactly what I see on this website now. I didnt get anything cuz the prices are way too much for me.
But really nordstrom or macys isnt any cheaper than the jewish stores.

Also suffered at the mall all day. I came home with one expensive dress I only bought so I don’t come home empty handed having had wasted a whole day! It was ridiculous. Usually by&Co is my first stop always find something there, this time I couldn’t entertain the idea of anything there! Ridiculous prints and cuts. Macy’s, Zara only 1 thing I liked but didn’t wanna spend that much and I ran out of time. Everything I tried on in h&m looked bad.. Burlington had “smartutim” and primark had nice stuff but not holiday-ish. Guess off to Jewish stores I go to overpay for bad quality grrrrr

Zara has always and will always have hits and misses. They are in a constant need to keep pushing a lot of product and come out with new styles that correspond with what’s on the runways (often you can even find exact dupes of high fashion brands). That being said, they can put out product that is wearable and nice, or something a little more “out there”. All depends what’s on the runways, as I have said.
Their styles cater to a pretty large variety of people (from kids, to teens, college kids and working adults) and that is another reason why they have a pretty large spectrum of different styles.

So this season you happen to not like anything... That’s fine. The styles will keep changing. The 90s have been pretty “in” for about 3 or 4 years now, it’s bound to change eventually.

I personally like some of the stuff they have now. Everything from the long skirts, pleated plaid skirts and plain slip dresses. I find the style very feminine.
And nothing beats a loose “sack” dress when you ate too much over Yom Tov 😂

I bought this two piece set but it doesn't work for my current body type (thin but post partum belly). Otherwise very cute, runs a but big, and covers my knees (I'm 5'4)
