My husband by mistake left a case of frozen strawberries in the car overnight. Would you still use ffor fruit soup ? Theu were cold but thawed out when he brought them in but it was close to 80 outside.
I wasn't originally planning to use them all but I assume once thawed I can't freeze?

You can still use for fruit soup if still cold. Refreezing is fine. Your better off making the soup before refreezing otherwise they will all stick together from all the moisture if you freeze as is.

I think if they are still somewhat cold you can refreeze them.
