I'm looking for a good recipe for minute steak in the oven which I can freeze raw and bake before yom tov. Preferably not sweet, we like garlicky/spicy.. Anyone?

This recipe won't work to freeze raw, but after it's cooked the meat is soft and in liquid. I imagine it would reheat well.
• Minute steaks
• Onion soup mix
• Onions
• Portabella mushrooms
• ½ cup balsamic vinegar
• ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
Place meat in single layer and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Bake covered for 2 hours at 350.
Sauté onions and mushrooms and place on top of meat. Pour on balsamic vinegar and teriyaki sauce.
Bake for another hour, covered.

I put lots of onion and garlic in a pan. Sprinkle salt. Top with more onions , garlic and salt. Put steak on top. You freeze it this way. I bake it low and slow and then freeze it. It's delicious!
Forgot to add: bake it covered very well.

Or maybe you'd want to try freezing after pouring on the liquid, but before the second hour of baking?

Easy and delicious recipe- put steaks in a pan and cover with sesame teriyaki sauce. Cover and bake for two hours.
