Boneless Veal roast (shoulder or neck):
Prep the rub : brown sugar, pepper, and salt.
Place sliced onions in roasting pan.
Place roast on top. Smear rub into both sides of veal roast.
Slice some garlic, puncture holes in roast, and slide garlic into the veal.
Smear with olive oil.
Cover tightly. Bake at 350 for 3-4 hrs. (The meat onions and spices create its own sauce)

Thanks. I never heard of kosherlifehappywife. I see theres an Instagram acct by that name. How do I get to see the individual recipes, or search for a recipe by name?
Also, can I make this in a crockpot, over 12 hours?

Never tried it in a crockpot so I don't know.
Yes, that's her Instagram name. I don't think it's possible to search for recipes by name... choose the ones that look interesting and view the recipe, then take a screenshot or write it down to save it.
She also has a very similar and just as easy and delicious brisket recipe.
