What kind of planning are you looking for? I use two different types. There is one who does more household management, debt etc and things like that, or there are others that are more sophisticated who help with investing and insurance and things like that.

I’m looking for advice in terms of paying off debt and eventually buying a house. We’ve made a budget and hope to pay off our debt within 2 years. In the meantime we are paying so much rent. I’d like to discuss with someone if it makes sense to pay off all debt first, save for a down payment and then buy, or buy now with a small down payment (perhaps an fha loan) because home prices will only go up over time.
