I am a terrible faster and not up to doing anything after yom kippur. But I want my family to have a meal. What are some easy, make ahead, things that I can have ready?

I double the amounts I make for the first erev yk meal. Then I put it all in the fridge and just reheat after yk. Usually vegetable soup, quinoa salad, potato bourekas and grilled chicken cutlets or baked chicken.
One year I opted for vegetable omelette with whole wheat toast. Then I had soup that I warmed up and that was it. I remember feeling so light and good after that.

Mmmmmm. I like all these suggestions. I'm going to get a nice fresh loaf of sourdough (the day before), butter, eggs, and make a good veg soup. Sounds perfect.
