She had fever last night. Now she doesn’t feel warm. She took one dose of antibiotics. Is it contagious?

I have never heard of an ear infection being contagious.
Just to be sure, don't share used Q-tips with each other.

I would not send a child to day care after having fever at night. Fever comes and goes, and her body is definitely not ready for being out and about. Ear infections are not contagious, but whatever caused it can be. But that wouldn't be my primary concern, unless you're asking about her being near her own siblings. In which case I wouldn't worry.

No totally not contagious. If you're child is feeling weak and under the weather she needs rest at home. Besides if her immunity is low due the air infection she might be susceptible to other viruses on top of the infection that she already has. I've had this already with one of my kids. They caught a bad cold or other bug on top of the infection and this makes a very miserable baby. Please let her recover in quiet and her own familiar surroundings....
