I would like to use fresh salmon or tuna--or really any fresh, not canned, fish--to make burgers that I can bake or broil. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Chop the fish into small pieces in your food processor, then transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add bread or cracker crumbs, eggs, and seasoning.

You can bake them in individual patties on a cookie sheet, or bake them in a loaf pan like meatloaf.

These are really good. https://natashaskitchen.com/sa.....cipe/ I would just bake at 400 instead of fry.
