All of a sudden, all my bras are chafing around my body. I didn't gain weight. I don't think I lost weight. Any ideas?

try laundering your bras in vinegar or a tiny ammonia or tiny Dettol just in case there is fungus from the washer.
or fungus despite handwashing which is causing allergic reaction.

Does the fabric feel rough to the touch? Are your underwires poking you?
If so, you can cover the problem area with a product called "mole skin", which is a super soft adhesive meant to prevent blisters in shoes. It's made by Dr. Scholl's, and you can find it near the foot products in your grocery store or pharmacy.

Welcome to my life.
Now that I am old I have gotten skin tags from my necklaces and bra. It started as chafing and eventually turned to skin tags.
Love being over 40. Can't wait for menopause. (I guess it be better than the alternative though)

The fabric in bras will stretch and wear over time. It might just be that a bra has reached "end of life". If it really is all of them, your skin may be irritated and more sensitive so you feel the bra more. Check for redness or anything that looks out of place.
