For second days Sukkot, two nights.
3 adults and a baby. (Would need 2-3 rooms).
Linen and towels ect would need to be provided.

Don't know if you will find anything, but it might help to change the title. 'Second days' in Israel tends to refer to people from chutz l'aretz who are keeping second day Yom Tov. Whereas you seem to be looking for somewhere for Shmini Azeret/Simchat Torah.
I think I've seen places advertised for the whole of Sukkot. Just finding somewhere for Simchat Torah might be harder.
