I'm looking for ideas of presentable yet easy appetizers I can serve on YT. I want to have a simple first course before the main. But nothing too complicated.

Angel hair with cubes salmon
Rice with mini meatballs
Eggrolls
Hummus with ground beef
Mini tacos with pulled beef (make in crock pot)
Salad, plates individually

What kind of tacos are you talking about? Hard or soft?
I don't know if I've seen mini ones.

Fresh Salad with meat or grilled chicken
Meat wantons with duck sauce

lasagne roll ups with spinach
sauteed chicken cubes with rice & veggies in wrap bowl
kreplach with soy sauce & garlic
slice pastrami pizza with salad on side
flaky cup filled with spinach topped with salmon rose surrounded with salad
salmon cubes over salad with romaine/apples/pomegranates
I saw in FF,
a scoop of mashed potatoes topped with strips of pastrami crisscrossed topped with onion jam
they also showed mashed potatoes sandwiched between grilled sliders topped with sauteed coleslaw mix & some lettuce, tom & pickles at side
you can do mini taco shells filled with taco meat with cubed avocado & tom at side
wrap with thin smear mayo layered diff color cold cuts & salad mix, all rolled up
you can do anything with a stacker like liver, rice, peas tower.
sushi or tempura salad
steak strip salad

stuffed portabella mushroom caps
stuff baked rings of acorn squash with anything
mini chicken wellington
breaded eggplant cutlet topped with scoop mash potatoez or scoop rice with mushroom sauce
cold cut turnovers or deli roll

I was once at a seuday with a beautiful and simple concept. Very thin bread sticks (skewer size) placed on plate like a tic tac toe board.
In each section you put salad components with a dallop of dressing in the center. Make sure to use color.
Ex: red peppers, purple cabbage, Mandarin oranges, turkey cubes, tomato, cucumber, nuts, green pepper.

What's recipe for corn beef angel pasta salad?
I once saw by simcha tomato salad in the hole of half avocado cut in length like a boat.

Just saw something on Instagram I wanna try. Take a piece of malawach dough, smear ketchup and mustard, wrap Frank in (I think) a corned beef/pastrami cold cut, put Frank in the middle, roll up, and bake. Sounds yum!

I make this recipe. Layer it on individual plates.
