A huge factor is how flexible you are about your travel schedule.

Looking to travel only for Yom Tov or in the summer? You'll probably pay top dollar.

If you can go off-season (Jan-Mar, parts of May), you can find better deals.

Use them in incognito. They track you and will make the flights more expensive when they know that's what you want.
