Im reading about the health benefits of a Gluten Free diet, so Im looking into making GF Challah.
I read some old threads here with some saying they like their GF Challah, but others saying the GF Challah they made, that others liked, was really not good.
Any new GF Challah recipes that produces Challah thats considered just as good as non GF Challah?

Im looking for a recipe here that a few will say they use regularly and love, and non GF people love too.

I've cycled through a lot of different gf challah recipes. This is the first one that I make that my family really enjoys. I've never fed it to anyone who doesn't eat gf, so I can't tell you how it compares. https://www.goodforyouglutenfr.....elic/

Yes, you can only make hamotzi on gf challa that is made mostly from oat flour. Any other gf challah is not hamotzi.
We've tried a lot of different gf challah recipes and we haven't found one that non-gf eaters will enjoy.

I love Rorie’s oat bread mix. But it’s doubtful that those who eat gluten will enjoy oat bread.
