Depends when you go. Summer, sukkos, direct will be about $1500 and stop over 1200.

Winter months direct $1000 and stop over anywhere from 600-900

We paid $1575 per ticket in August.
The good deals are usually with a stop over and with airlines that I'm not comfortable taking.

It all depends when you go, which airline, how long in advance, luck, sales and price mistakes.
I have paid between 300 (yes price mistake that got honored) to 1000.
Never for sukot as that only gives you 2 or 3 days to fly and is usually expensive. (Best bet is a Jewish travel agent that booked seat in advance)
But pesach, chanuka, winter, yeshiva week, etc.
Almost all that fly are normal airlines and if not sending only one girl, I will fly almost any one .
Check google flights and track prices

We have gone about every other year for sukkos for the last ten years and never paid more than $900 per person. No crazy deals, we start looking a couple of months before we plan to go and eventually find something that works for us. I have no problem flying low cost airlines as long as we don't have a stop in a country with a related travel advisory. It's more important to us to go as often as we can than to travel in greater comfort.

I only fly direct, nyc to tlv, usually nwk, I prefer elal. I go annually to visit family, but different times of year. In may when there are sales, I book Sukkos, 850 ish- leave chol hamoed, return week after yom tov. In June I have paid under 850 for Chanuka. I just got 825 over thanksgiving week.

My parents and sister's family are all going this fall. They paid more than 1200/ticket.
I found, for a random week during the dead of winter, on dans deals-$636 on Virgin Atlantic, with a stopover in London (which is better than turkey).

I live in a US city with extremely limited direct options. So yes, always with one stop.

I like using Kiwi.com, it puts together all sorts of random flights.

Right now I found 7-10 day trip (random dates) for under $500.

The prices I posted above are some stop over and some direct, never with elal.
A few weeks ago delta was 850 .
And yea the sales through London for 500.
If it’s not a specific date it’s should not be hard to find good deals.
We sometimes prefer the stop over
