What do you cook for the Erev Yom Kippur meal(s)? I always forget what I make year to year. I'm pretty sure I usually serve veg soup and brown rice, but I am at a loss as to what to serve with it. I am looking for ideas. Thanks.

A big tofu stir fry with lots of different vegetables. You can serve it on quinoa rather than brown rice for higher protein.

I make a vegan cholent with beans, barley, and potatoes. My dh says this really sticks to his ribs and gives him strength. He gets hungry eventually but doesn’t feel sick.
