I have super sensitive eyes and can’t use most sunscreens and moisturizers. I’ve been very happy with the Neutrogena hydro boost line for sunscreen and moisturizer. If there’s acne, I like aveeno acne wash and Neutrogena rapid clear spot gel (10% benzoyl peroxide).

I think it would be good to go to a dermatologist. They could help you with the breakouts and recommend the best regimen for your particular skin.
