Muffin Boutique on Ben Yehuda.
Holy Bagel - lots of branches, I believe the factory is on Derech Beit Lechem.

Not every branch has them! Tachana Merkazit never carries real bagels.
If you get the REAL holy bagel ones, they're the best!
They have a branch on Geula and in the old city that consistently have the real deal.
