I was about to put my chicken fingers that I made last night in my basement fridge at 12:30am. This morning I went downstairs at 11:30am, and realized that I had forgotten to put it in. My basement is a little cooler .. but not cold. The bottom of the pan was cool. Can I serve it today, or is it spoiled?

I would trash it. Food poisening on Yom Kippur would be absolute nightmare!
