What if I want to donate by credit card? Still do it with money and then just donate by cc? Has to be the same amount?

If you still need to do it before YK, I would think to hold the card up. And try to donate still. Any amount will do.

Lol, I wish I could somehow post the clip someone sent around yesterday on Whatsapp before the fast.
It showed a nurse in a hospital newborn nursery with a chicken (was wrapped in something to keep things sanitary) waving it in circling motions above a newborn in his bassinet. You could hear someone murmuring the formula for kapparot in the background.

We use cash to swing around the head (20 nis each) and then donated the sum total in credit card to a tzedaka organization.
