does anyone have the recipe for a roast thats made with coke in it?

Put roast in a pan, squirt on ketchup, sprinkle on onion soup mix, pour coke or diet coke to fill pan till roast is half covered. Bake tightly covered on 350 for 3 hrs turning roast over after 1.5 hrs, enjoy its amazing!!!

Some diet drinks are not supposed to be cooked/baked with
They sometimes have a warning on the bottle
Just making you aware

I spice the roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and spread duck sauce on top. If you like sweet and spicy, you can sprinkle some red pepper. Add a can of coke and bake at 350. It comes out so tender and delicious! My kids wait for this roast in yom tov and there are no leftovers.

wont use diet soda, I assume you need the sugar for it to make the meat soft
