I have seen lots of recipes for baked, breaded cauliflower. They all involve dipping the cauliflower in eggs or egg white, shaking with bread crumbs, and baking. I'm trying to figure out if this means packaged breadcrumbs such as Jason's or Pereg, or fresh breadcrumbs I make in the food processor.
Your thoughts?

I use regular breadcrumbs but I'm sure any type will work.
