Anyone know how to override the 12 hour limit for the oven to be on? I’d love to keep it on low all YT.
Thanks!

Look inside your oven to find its model number. Google it for the user manual. It should have either a sabbath mode or at least instructions on how to override the 12 hour shutoff.

Each oven is different.
Not all can.
You need to check your specific manual.

Does anyone know if it’s dangerous to just leave on the oven (an older model, no Shabbos mode) for a few days?

In the days of your oven, everyone left their ovens on for Yom Tov.
To override my 12 hour shutoff, I hold down both min buttons until screen says OFF

What temp do you all keep your ovens on? And do you find that it makes your kitchen too hot?

I leave it on 350, I might need to make more cake or challah on Yom Tov.

Does not make my kitchen too hot, but this is a drafty old house and it's getting cold outside so we need the heat on already.
