Or 250 if I have to but rather lower.
Also is it possible to bake any kind of cake or cookies that way.
Is there anything else that I can make at a low temperature in oven or is it mostly just for reheating?
TIA!

I’d bake it now and reheat. Doing schnitzel at 200 sounds like a recipe for food poisoning.

You can for sure bake at 250 for a few hours in some kind of sauce/liquid.

225-250 is like low in the crockpot. Of course you can bake chicken cutlets at that temperature.

This whole roast chicken comes out delicious for 5 hours at 250.

Minute steak & potatoes for 6-7 hours at 250.

For whole boneless skinless chicken breasts (not cut thin), they would take around 2 - 2.5 hours at 250. Don't bread them since they won't crisp. But they will be moist and tasty if rubbed with olive oil and seasoned with flavorful mix.

No, no. Above 140 degrees is safe for food.
However, I imagine it would get terribly dried out and rubbery due to the long oven time. I wouldn't do it. I would do like a PP suggested and bake now, reheat later
