Melt chocolate with a little oil in a double boiler during your seuda. Serve over ice cream.

Ice cream with hot fudge. It's yum!

Spread out semi defrosted vanilla ice cream on a cookie sheet that is lined with parchment
Freeze
When frozen, later on top of it yellow (mango or passion fruit or lemon etc) sorbet on half of the ice cream and a red sorbet (raspberry strawberry mixed berry) on other side. Freeze.
When frozen, roll up peeling away parchment and then slice. Easy ice cream cake

In a swiss roll pan, one side sorbet. one side ice cream. Then put both halves together to form complete circle roll where you have half a circle red& half white on top of each others. You put it together after both halves have been refrozen separately. You can cover with choco. Very pretty when sliced.

Chocolate pie - pretty and tasty
2 ready made graham pie crusts, 16 oz whip cream and 2 bags chocolate chips.
Heat whip cream, take off fire and stir in choc chips, pour into pie crusts and let harden in the fridge.
