I am cooking for a crowd for simchas torah. Purchased a side of salmon because it was on sale and looked so elegant for serving - but I have no idea how to cook it! 🙈
Anyone have any tried and true recipes ? (Too expensive for me to google a random recipe and experiment, so I’m turning to trusty imas!)
TIA

Kosher by design 2 - the pink one has a gorgeous recipe. You smear the salmon with honey mustard and then layer with sliced zucchini and tomato stripes. And then top with Panko dill crumbs.
It always looks gorgeous on a platter.
I found the recipe reprinted here

The bais yaakov cookbooks breaded salmon, similar to that recipe, very yummy and super easy to make.

Does that recipe work nicely for a side of salmon or only for individual fillet?

Super easy and looks stunning:
Buy Soykiyaki from Trader Joes- it's a teriyakid glaze in a jar $3.99
Pour over the fish and top with tons of toasted almonds.
bake at 350 until done
My guests RAVE and there is never a drop left.
Warning: It IS a little embarrassing when people ask for a "recipe".
