3m doesn't want to take breast nipple. Pacifier is fine, actual sucking is fine (I hear and feel drinking), but I sometimes have to stick in paxi then yank it out and switch for breast so I get baby to latch on.
Any ideas?

Possible nipple confusion?
You could probably use breast shields to simulate a more synthetic nipple.
Or you could quit the pacifier cold turkey and try to get baby used to nursing again.

Or you are too full and he has a hard time latching on. Express some milk first.

Is this a new thing or going on from when she's born? Maybe see a lactation consultant.
